Huawei indicated that Oclaro was chosen for this relationship due to the breadth of its product portfolio and enabling technologies, and the scale of the current business relationship.
The Strategic Supplier relationship is designed to enable more strategic collaboration on next generation product developments. The relationship will also encourage continued improvement in supporting the current business between the companies. To ensure success, a Senior Executive from each company has been designated to foster the relationship between the companies.
