Sunma Technologies technical support is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our support center in Clearwater, Florida, is fully staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, with on-call support available at all other times.

How do I contact a technical support engineer?

During normal business hours, incoming calls and emails are typically answered by one of our technical support engineers. Reaching voice mail indicates we're serving another customer. Please leave a message and your call will be promptly returned. Emails received after 5:30pm EST will be replied to the next business day.

How do I arrange a return for repair?

Contact our technical support engineers. They will need to have the details of the fault, and the unit serial number before they can issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). If the unit's warranty has expired, a quotation for the repair cost can be provided.
